As a service company I appreciate & value great service & am happy to pay a premium to take the hassle away with searching for & implementing my insurances. In this instance it was my car – for just a small increase in my annual premium you bundled in full RAC cover & a courtesy car should mine be out of action during repairs, both extremely valuable as I live out of town, so my car is essential to enable me to run my business & have fun with my friends.
When you came back to me with the best pricing options there was no hard sell, in fact you encouraged me to have a look around to see what else is on offer but I don’t have the time to waste or the inclination to trawl the internet for deals – it’s simply not good use of my extremely valuable time.
