I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know how helpful, professional and efficient Elaine has been in assisting me to get unoccupied property insurance put in place for one of our clients.

She has responded to my emails and calls promptly and has gone above and beyond what I would expect in order to arrange the insurance, which has not been easy in this instance, due to the fact that our client had a custom built train set which the family wanted covered, and which would not have been covered under the standard unoccupied policies available.

Matt has been with Ashbourne Insurance since 1994, originally working in the Hoddesdon office before a brief sabbatical travelling the world and being transferred to Cheshunt in 1999. He now looks after all aspects of the day-to-day sales activities for the commercial section at the Hoddesdon office.
