Analysing millions of pounds worth of tools claims, reveals an alarming rise in both the number of thefts, and in the average cost.

The 30 per cent rise in the number of thefts, coupled with a 40 per cent growth in the average cost of claims, highlights a worrying trend for the UK’s tradespeople.

2022 saw more than 20 per cent more tool thefts than the previous year, suggesting the problem shows no signs of letting up.
