As we continue to operate during this extended period of lock-down I just wanted to reassure our customers that it is business as usual, as much as possible. We are observing government advice and all staff are working from home with phone lines and email operating as normal
I would like to praise our staff who have helped us adapt to new ways of working. Their passion and commitment to our family business during this crisis has been unfaltering and their desire to maintain contact with our client base, providing help and reassurance during these strange and uncertain times, is admirable.
Our team continue to provide our usual high standard of service and ensuring all our customers, past, present and future have a point of contact with whom to discuss their options and make recommendations despite the challenges that have been presented.
