Brexit going forward – how changes will affect employers

How employers may be affected by the changes Brexit will bring – and what actions should they consider.

The UK left the EU on 31st January 2020 and is currently in the transition period, which is due to end on 31st December 2020.
The Government has put forward plans for a new immigration system which they have proposed to come into force in January 2021, and if businesses are looking to bring EU nationals to the UK after that time, it’s going to be a much slower, and much more expensive, process.
