Emma has progressed to Senior Sales Executive which involves the everyday running of the office, making sure the staff are working to their full potential and that clients are getting a professional and friendly service. Paul joined Ashbourne in December 2009 after working in the banking and insurance industry for almost 7 years. Initially responsible for the day to day management of the Retail Sales Team, as well as the managing a number of key client accounts. Paul has since been promoted to the position of Operations manager and now has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office and all staff.

Matt has been with Ashbourne Insurance since 1994, originally working in the Hoddesdon office before a brief sabbatical travelling the world and being transferred to Cheshunt in 1999. He now looks after all aspects of the day-to-day sales activities for the commercial section at the Hoddesdon office. Matt has been married since 2002, has two children and his interests include travelling, eating out, music, football, golf and squash.
