In the autumn of last year we decided to conduct a customer survey, we are very proud of our service and reputation built up locally over the past 37-years and we often get very positive feedback, however like many business owners I wanted to scratch a little further underneath the surface.
We used an independent means to survey 1000 random past and present customers and encouraged them to give us feedback (anonymously) on what we do and I am pleased to share with you the results.
Of those that responded;
83% said that the were very or somewhat satisfied with Ashbourne Insurance
95% described our service as either; good value for money, reliable, high quality or useful
92% stated that Ashbourne Insurance either very or extremely well meet their needs
87% claimed that our products were of either high or very high quality
97% said that we represent excellent or above average value for money
93% said that they are extremely or very likely to use Ashbourne again for other policies
I am extremely grateful to all those that took the time to take part and it goes without saying that I am delighted by these results.
It gives me the confidence to believe that despite the reach and influence of financial services via the internet there is still a place for a community broker that combines quality products with a competitive price and first rate customer service.
We will continue to offer a range of insurance solutions to local residents and businesses and welcome any challenge to provide an alternative solution to those products purchased on-line.
